Team Assessment Tool is a self assessment tool for post-event reflection that can be added on to the end of any team building or development activity. It works by identifying the strengths, skills, and behaviours of participants during our activities, allowing teams to debrief and look at how they can improve the way that they work together.
It also allows HR and L&D departments, managers and training consultants to isolate potential gaps and create tailored action plans for improvement.

- Reflect on your teams performance by rating and commenting on a series of statements
- We present a graphical representation of participants responses
- With permission from participants, data can be supplied to the company leaders for further training and measurement of performance at your next team building day
